The second floor and main floor you’ll find a king bedroom and attached bathroom with walk in shower, comfortable living room, dining room, covered trellis porch and half bath. The third floor offers two bedrooms. Both have king sized beds with attached bathrooms. One with walk in shower and the other is a tub/shower combination. There is a full-sized washer & dryer located on the 2nd floor as well. Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 sqft amenity center. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston. Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion. Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access: Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House. THINGS TO KNOW: -No pets allowed. -Fireplace not for guest use -Guests have access to the one car garage. Parking for 1 car is available in front of the garage. There is also parking at the street. Booking Process: -Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically. -Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
