Teds - 70s beach house, eclectic style

Relax at Teds Rest, a classic Lancelin split level beach house with ocean views, 200mt from the bay Filled with charm and retaining its original 70s features Teds is perfect for couples or families. Enjoy brekkie on the balcony while surf checking " hole in the wall" surf break. There is a secure garden with lush lawns & huge trees for the kids to climb. Minutes walk to the shops , park, cafes ,tavern & jetty Teds beds have quality bedding. Towels are NOT supplied. The space Teds has a real home away from home coastal feel. This is our family holiday home. We sleep 8. On the top floor loft are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a super king-size bed and an office nook. The second bedroom has a bunk with a queen bed below and a king single above. Both bedrooms have large picture windows with lovely outlooks. There is a sunny open plan kitchen with a handy servery onto the dining alcove. The upstairs living area has sea views , sofas and a basic TV and a breakie alcove, it opens up onto the balcony with a comfy papasan chair and an alfresco dining table. Stairs lead down into the front garden off the balcony. A separate toilet, large bathroom (with shower and bath), and a laundry area are down some stairs located at the back of the kitchen. Downstairs (accessed externally only ) is the 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed and a king single bed. In the rumpus room itself is a sofa bed and sofas for watching movies on the big screen or playing games etc. The garage/carport space - here is another hangout space. A BBQ is available on a trolley for easy use anywhere on the property. There is plenty of space to store all your toys in this lockable garage area. The garden is fully secure. There is a fire pit out the back for use in winter. Quality bed linen ,duvets, and all bedding supplied. Basic consumables are supplied. Towels are NOT supplied. Please remember to bring your own. Must have a minimum age of 25 to book.
