Teds - 70s beach house, eclectic style

Relax at Teds Rest, a classic 70s Lancelin split level beach house with ocean views, 200mt from the bay Filled with charm and retaining its original 70s features Teds is perfect for couples or families. Enjoy brekkie on the balcony while surf checking " hole in the wall" surf break. There is a secure garden with lush lawns & huge trees for the kids to climb. Minutes walk to the shops , park, cafes ,tavern & jetty Teds beds have quality bedding. Internet provided. TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED The space Teds has a real home away from home coastal feel. This is our family holiday home. We sleep 8. On the top floor loft are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a super king-size bed and an office nook. The second bedroom has a bunk with a queen bed below and a king single above. Both bedrooms have large picture windows with lovely outlooks. There is a sunny open plan kitchen with a handy servery onto the brekkie alcove. The upstairs living area has sea views , sofas and a basic TV, it opens up onto the balcony with a comfy papasan chair and an alfresco dining table. Stairs lead down into the front garden from the balcony where there is an outdoor shower. We have low tech 70s vibe, if its dishwashers and Netfix your after then Teds is not for you. A separate toilet, large bathroom (with shower and bath), and a laundry are down some stairs located at the back off of the kitchen. Downstairs out the back and accessed externally only is the rumpus room and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed and a king single bed. In the rumpus room itself are sofas for watching DVDs on the big screen or playing games etc. NO smart TV. The garage/carport space / double roller doors - is another hangout space with a table and seating. There is plenty of space to store all your toys in this lockable garage area. A BBQ is available on a trolley for easy use anywhere on the property. There is a fire pit out the back for use in winter. Quality bed linen and duvets are supplied. The garden is fully secure. Basic consumables are available. TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED Please remember to bring your own. Must have a minimum age of 25 to book. Guest access the entire property , only the large shed is off use Other things to note Ted's is a quaint family holiday home, it's not a place for large groups to party ,please respect our home and our neighbours.
