The space It's all about the details and none is overlooked in our perfect getaway for couples, girlfriends, or a solo trip for solace and sanity. (Everyone needs one—if not all—of these!) If you've ever been curious about tiny house living, this is the place to explore it! Our 200 square feet is more than enough room for one or two because every inch is thoughtfully designed. Our custom Amish-built Murphy bed features a plush queen mattress and pillows and a perfect-temperature Buffy comforter. Side cabinets and drawers offer space to store your stuff out of sight. The unit has a built in sofa that disappears under the bed, so you get maximum living area for day and night. The kitchen is fully equipped for dining in with stovetop, convection toaster oven, stocked Nespresso machine, cocktail tools, and stylish dishes. The full bathroom with shower has everything you need, including essential toiletries from Public Goods. The loft space is an ideal spot to read, nap, or take up playing the ukulele (provided for you). It features a premium Japanese futon and plush rug, pillows and blankets for ultimate coziness. You'll enjoy fast wi-fi, smart TV, a SONY bluetooth speaker, and a complimentary bottle of wine with each stay. Our private outdoor patio doubles the space and maximizes the charm, including a queen-size shaded daybed. Plug in the string lights for a magical ambiance while you enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. Winter guests enjoy a stargazer's supply kit: a cozy two-person sleeping bag for the daybed, two handheld telescopes, and a tiny hibachi grill with fuel to roast or toast your favorite snack! That's just the house, now let's talk about the location—it simply doesn't get any better than this! You'll be one block from Rehoboth Ave and all of the premiere dining and restaurants the town has to offer. The beach is about 10 minutes away on foot and beach chairs are provided. Street parking is free during the off season and provided via parking pass during the on season. Everything you need is so close, you can literally park once and never move your car until it's time to go home. Need local recommendations? We'd love nothing more than to help you find the perfect spots to enjoy your time in our favorite town. Let us help you plan your ideal stay. Come and stay, then come and stay again. We can't wait to host you! Guest access Our tiny house is in a cluster of small homes that share a walkway and an outdoor shower. Use either walkway on the sides of the front house to find your way to ours. Other things to note There is no washer and dryer, but there’s a laundromat a block away. The loft futon is surprisingly comfortable for sleeping, but note that the access ladder will need to be stored when the Murphy bed is down, so it’s not ideal for night sleeping, especially if you need a mid-night bathroom break. All reservations include full linen service (a rarity in Rehoboth) featuring premium sheets, duvet, and plush bath towels and kitchen towels, too. This is an old home (over 75 years!) with some old home quirks and charms. We've worked hard to honor its bones while giving it a beautiful refresh. The small bathroom can get a little humid after a long shower. There's a fan during the warm months, as well as a dehumidifier to run during your stay. Please be careful and watch your step, especially after dark (or after drinks), on the common area brick paver pathways, which are not always perfectly even.
