Caddo Lake Hideaway A cozy Bed & Bath in the woods

A cozy cabin style Bed & Bath just 5 minutes from Caddo Lake St. Park and 1 minute from the Caddo Lake National Wildlife Refuge. Situated on a heavily wooded lot where you can sit back on the porch and watch the birds and wildlife. When you are here you are our ONLY guests so everything here is all for your personal enjoyment. Our kayak rentals are EXCLUSIVELY for our guests only. We are just minutes away from Caddo Lake. The space Here at the hideaway we offer a wide variety of amenities to make your stay the most pleasurable at a very affordable cost. To our knowledge we are the lowest priced bnb around the lake. Your private room with full bath is very comfortable. A cabin like experience in a wooded country setting. It has it's own entry and front porch though it is part of the main structure. We Only have the 1 cabin for rent so we tend to fill up fast, lol, so if you are interested in getting the dates you want it's best to reserve asap. We keep it sparkling clean and tidy. Being a country cabin you might notice that the floor has a few nicks, scrapes or marks but those nicks, scrapes or marks are all "sparkling clean"! We thoroughly clean the hideaway from top to bottom after each visit! We provide most everything you could possibly need to have a great time here. There is a nice cozy queen size bed, if you bring an extra guest we have an extra twin size floor mattress in the walk-in closet for your use. We ask that all guests be a minimum of 18 years of age. There is a TV with local channels, DVD player, central A/C & heat but we do provide independent A/C & heat so you can make adjustments to suit your needs. There is also a ceiling fan in the unit. We supply a toaster, microwave, silverware, plates, bowls, towels, soap, shampoo, table & 2 chairs, sheets, linens, pillows, a couple rods and reels, fishing equipment, and a private front porch with a table & 3 chairs plus 2 reclining chairs and a ceiling fan. You will also find 3 ice trays filled will ice and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. Out back in the BBQ grilling area you will find a charcoal smoker/grill, 2 burner Coleman propane stove, skillet, saucepan with lid, utensils, outside picnic table, fire ring, firewood and more. If you are in need of anything during your stay feel free to txt or call and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We live on the opposite end of the property so we are nearby if you need anything but far enough away that you won't even know we are around if you don't need anything. We do not provide laundry service. There is a local laundromat in Marshall 13 miles away. Guest access FOR YOUR SECURITY AND PERSONAL PROTECTION: We have installed a digital access control lock on the front door (we send you the code the morning of your arrival) so you can enter and exit and not have any contact from us or anyone while you are here. You will be totally secluded and have no contact with anyone if that's your choosing during your stay here.   The front porch to the private entrance of the hideaway is all yours to use while you are here. As is the grilling area out back. You can sit back in the evening on the porch and listen to all the wildlife here as you relax and enjoy a cool drink and think about what you plan to do the next day.  PARKING:  There is one space of covered parking available for guests. if a second spot is needed it would be uncovered but would be on premises and parking is free. Please park in designated spaces, please do not block driveway. We do park our pickup truck out back so you may possibly see us a time or two as we come and go.
