Centrally located right on the viaduct is this modern, open plan studio apartment with stunning views out over the waterfront. The bedroom is opposite and is surrounded by the wall to floor windows giving you gorgeous views of the happening waterfront area and harbour and the perfect place for a movie night in tucked up in bed. The modern streamlined kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils that you could need for your stay. There is a fridge/freezer, an oven and cooktop, a microwave and a single drawer dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up. Serve up your meals at the dining space with dynamic blue stools or if you don’t feel like cooking, there are countless restaurants, cafes and bars all right on your doorstep along the waterfront. Take a walk along the viaduct right outside where you can watch the luxury yachts come and go, stop in for a drink at one of the many rooftop bars or walk a little further to discover some of the best shopping and entertainment in the city just minutes away. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment and private balcony as well as free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee and access to streaming apps on the Smart TV. Other things to note Please note that with such a great inner city location right on the viaduct, you can expect noise from the surrounding restaurants and bars below. The key location is 200 meters away from the building entrance, best to go to the key pick-up area first before heading to the property. Paid parking is available in the surrounding areas with parking garages, but just be mindful that it can be limited as the apartment is right in the heart of the city. Also, we charge $200 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of $300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
