Located at the base of the mountain at Timberline Mountain Ski Area. Ski-in/ski-out from the back deck onto Salamader Slope. During the summer hike up Salamader to Dolly Sods Wilderness Area and be within a short drive from most of the areas popular attractions. Due to the relatively cool temperatures here in the mountains most of our homes do not come equipped with air-conditioning.  A majority of our homes have ceiling fans in almost every room and there is generally a constant breeze here. However we recommend you bring portable fans if you feel the ceiling fans won’t provide enough air circulation for you. If the home has air conditioning it will be listed in the guest access/amenities.
