Artist not in residence! But please enjoy my bohemian home whilst I am off adventuring the world. My two bedroom two bathroom home is ideal for either two couples who like to holiday together, or a couple who likes their own space whilst visiting family in Adelaide. Stricty NO PARTIES! The space The home comes complete with an artist studio; There is a vegetable garden and vertical herb wall, where you are encouraged to help yourself to fresh home-grown produce. French doors open from the living room onto an al-fresco patio for entertaining your friends and family, and a sun deck directly off the studio offers a private place for evening drinks, followed by a cosy night around the chiminea. Enjoy the epitome of a bohemian lifestyle through my extensive collection of art books and novels. Please feel free to use the easel and get creative in the studio. If you are musically minded an early twentieth-century Stuttgart piano in pristine condition is also at your fingertips. A true home away from home. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated, therefore all appliances are of the latest standard. The main bedroom accommodates a king-size bed with an ensuite, whilst the second bedroom houses a king bed which can be split into 2 single beds. The main bathroom is directly opposite, allowing each couple to have their own bathroom. The living and dining room is intimate and cosy. The three-seater Natuzzi couch has two recliner chairs for comfortable viewing on the 42” Sony LED TV screen, with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime via the Apple TV, and Wifi is included of course. Linen and towels are also provided. Guest access The garage will probably have my car in it, whilst I travel. However, there is an off-street parking spot at the access to the property if you would like to put your car here. It will only house a small car, however. The street outside has unrestricted parking.
