Each of our four bedrooms has its own bathroom! Finished basement includes full bath and extra kitchen. Four flat screen tv's, dvd/blue ray players, shuffleboard, ping-pong table, Wi-Fi, gas grill, jacuzzi tub.   With a view of Beaver Stadium from the front yard, and a straight drive to downtown State College, you can't beat the location! Enjoy the massive deck and gaze at the stars while sitting in the hot tub! Perfect for large groups! *House sleeps 8, but maximum occupancy is 12 as there are several couches and plenty of room for air matresses. A $50/night fee will be charged for any number of guests over 8.  *For those with allergies, please note that we have two dogs that have full reign of our home.
