Its tranquil and serene setting makes it an ideal destination to unwind, relax, and fully enjoy your vacation in the beautiful South of France. Security deposit required. The space The house is built entirely on its own level assuring complete independance and privacy. It includes all the basic amenities making it both comfortable and functional. On the ground floor, a spacious living room, an open kitchen with a dining area inside and out front on the terrace overlooking the islands. A hallway leads to a master bedroom with ensuite, the guest room and second independent bathroom. The steps on the side of the house lead to a private swimming pool where you can wind down, relax and take a refreshing dip while enjoying the stunning views. Other things to note The traveler is required to sign the accommodation rental contract and a security deposit is required. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card, which will be activated 2 days prior to your arrival and automatically released 4 days after your departure. The hold amount ranges from €500,- to €2000,-. Please note that we do not actually charge your account unless damage is observed after your departure.
