House on the lake (pond)

Beautiful vacation home with pond and forest property in a prime secluded location. Right on the Lower Saxony moor between Diepholz and Sulingen is the lovingly furnished cottage quietly surrounded by nature. On approx. 73 square meters there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, guest toilet, and combined kitchen/living room. Outside in the garden with terrace is a playground, fireplace, charcoal grill, beach chair, table tennis table, bicycles, 2 kayaks (for a fee) entrance point about 700 m on foot. The space The highlights are in particular the detached location (next neighbor about 400 m) and the beautiful nature, where the fox and rabbit say good night ;) The apartment impresses with attention to detail and partly handmade furnishings. Nearby attractions: - Draisine railway (approx. 7 km) - Ströhen Zoo (about 8 km) - Lapdorf Bogenwald (medieval village; about 8 km directly at the zoo) - European Crane Center (approx. 9 km) - "Nordpunkt" (northernmost point of NRW; about 11 km) - Dümmer Lake (approx. 30 km) Guest access The house, garden and playground can be used completely alone. Other things to note We do not charge any cleaning costs, for this we would like the place to be left clean - For the kayaks, please let us know. - Remove dog droppings. - Please smoke outside. - Electric blinds in both bedrooms. - Please order use of the whirlpool at least 3 days in advance. Usage fee €100. From the 5th night, the pool is free. Electricity is charged extra at €0.50 per kWh if the guest arrives with an electric vehicle!
