This Apartment is located in a very good and quiet neighborhood. Airport and central bus station are both very close. Foodmarket is just across the street. Next to the house are 2 sushi places and a pizza place. Behind the house is a big and fun playground for kids - my son loves it there! You get to the city center(old town) with 3 different busses with 5 min or 10 minute walk. Big flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime. Internet is super fast! You can stay here with your family. The space It is a remodelled basement floor with 2 entrances and wooden floors. The walls are about a meter thick (quiet). The apartment has enough cupboards and drawers for guests to stay longer, if that is the wish. Everything that is necessary, is available. Entrance is with a PIN code. Due to security and fraud concerns, there is surveillance camera pointed at the entrance - footage is looked at only when there is suspicion of fraud and or breaking of house rules (no parties). Guest access The whole apartment is yours to use except the technical room. One free parking spot next to the house and free parking on the street Mon-Fri 19:00-07:00, Sat from 15:00, Sun. Paid parking space 500 meters from the house. 6 EUR/night. Parking on the street Mon-Fri 07:00-19:00 & Sat 07:00-15:00 costs 1,5 EUR/hour. Other things to note Grocery shop is 1 minute walk away. Several eating places very close by. Shopping centers 7 minute walk away. Gas station 1 minute away. Trails for running/walking 5 minute walk away. Old town 15-20 minute walk.
