The apartment can ONLY be reached via stairs and is therefore NOT suitable for guests with mobility restrictions. The center of the apartment is the large living-dining room with a large dining table and comfortable leather sofa next to the new open kitchen equipped with all the extras. The master bedroom has a large double bed measuring 180x200 cm, en-suite shower room & direct access to the large terrace. Guest bedroom with 2 single beds overlooking pool & sea with en-suite shower room in the hallway. The apartment has air conditioning (hot/cold), cable TV with over 200 national & international TV channels including BBC & ITV. Underground parking space available for a small fee. Paddle tennis court & communal parking space on the street free of charge. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the communal pool with children's pool and the beach. The accommodation can ONLY be reached via stairs (located 3 floors below street level) and is therefore NOT suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.
