The entrance hall leads to a fully equipped kitchen featuring an antique table for five, bathed in sunlight from the front windows, ensuring a warm ambiance. The thick stone walls maintain a cool atmosphere even on the hottest days. A French door leads to an enclosed courtyard boasting a small private pool for maximum privacy. Adorned with flowering plants and a two-seater outdoor table, it's an idyllic setting for intimate candlelit dinners. The hallway also hosts a specially designed shower room with two shower heads. The ground floor unveils the living area, featuring a cozy white sofa bed enhancing the rustic allure. Entertainment amenities include a Smart TV, and a selection of board games, and books. Wi-Fi access is available for those wanting to stay connected. Ascending the internal stone staircase leads to the first bedroom (with en-suite), exuding character with its four-posted double bed draped in white tulle. Elegantly furnished, this bedroom has a small window with scenic views. Five steps ascend to a terrace overlooking the pool, a perfect spot for sunbathing or a quiet retreat. These steps provide access to the second bedroom, a charming twin room designed in a traditional style with 19th-century furnishings. The wrought iron twin beds can be converted into a queen-size bed, with additional space for children in an elevated built-in bed. An en-suite shower room opens to a reading area and, leads to the terrace and an internal staircase to the laundry room. Both bedrooms are with AC, free to use. Tal-Barun farmhouse features a roof garden with stunning views and a barbecue, offering an inviting setting for al fresco dining. Bathed in sunlight for most of the day, guests can enjoy magical sunsets over Dwejra Bay. A few meters away, a promenade with a small play area and swings provide an ideal spot for children to play near the farmhouse. Guest access Guests have access to a private pool; a sunny roof terrace /garden with BBQ (WEBER) and sun loungers; a TV (SMART) and Wi-Fi, a safe deposit box, an automatic washing machine, etc. Other things to note Gozo, being a compact island, offers proximity to key destinations. Dwejra Bay is just a quick 5-minute drive away, while the Crafts Village is conveniently reachable within a 10-minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants are all situated at a short, easily walkable distance. Please be advised that during check-in, a valid credit card is required.
