Waterfront Villa in the centre of Kalami

Situated just a pebbles throw from the childhood home of the Durrells, Villa Gregory has been a treasured holiday home and has remained in the same family for over forty years. It had remained in it’s original state until 2015 when it underwent a complete renovation project which has resulted, from the exterior a traditional Corfiot style villa but inside the ultimate in contemporary living with high spec fixtures and fittings and is an extremely comfortable home. The space The covered veranda which spans half the length of the water side of the property is a paradise, from here you can relax in the shade with a book and watch the yachts in the bay, listening to the sound of the water lapping against the pebbles. The spacious interior comprises of a very large open-plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen. The house is split into two wings, to one side of the spacious central living area you will find the large Master Bedroom with French Doors onto the patio overlooking the sea plus an en-suite shower room. The Twin Room is adjacent also with an en-suite shower room and French Doors to the rear garden. There is a small utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. On the opposite side of the living area you will find a huge family bedroom with two double beds and a further single cabin bed with extra pull out singe, from this room there is a Juliet balcony just 5m from the waters edge. The fourth bedroom is a Double and both of these rooms share the modern family bath / shower room. Accessibility: The villa has three steps down from the driveway and two steps down to the garden. Outside: Dining furniture seating 8 for alfresco dining and BBQ. ​ Other things to note We don’t take a security deposit from our guests but for peace of mind for both our customers and our owners we have added a one off Accidental Damage Insurance payment of €6.00 per person (Infants 0-2 not applicable). From January 1st2024, the Greek Government have introduced a €10.00 per night Environmental Tax which will be requested along with the Villa Damage Waiver Insurance 8 weeks prior to arrival.
