The space This space is bright and open with a king-sized bed in the bedroom with Roku TV and an en suite full bath with shower/tub. It has a full kitchen with a dinette and a living room area with a sectional, propane fireplace, and Amazon Fire equipt TV. The property features riverfront views and access and mountain views and a hot tub and firepit area overlooking the river. The cabin is located on a double lot in a gated community surrounded by other vacation rentals. Inside the cabin is about the size of a hotel suite with a full kitchen space added. Just right for two people. Guest access Guests will have private access to all features of the property and grounds with the exception of a shed/outbuilding by the parking area that may occasionally be accessed by maintenance or cleaning staff. Other things to note There is ample private parking for two vehicles of any size. BBQ has propane plumbed in. Internet is shared via an Eero mesh system which works well, providing the ability to use streaming services or zoom. Neighbors are close by on one side of the cabin but structures protect privacy for guests. Guests next door are close enough that they may be heard if they are outside. The hot tub is a small two-person plug-and-play type tub.
