The first master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. The second master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom the third and fourth bedrooms have a queen bed each in the bedrooms and one bathroom in between them, Thw fifth bedroom has a twin bunkbed with two twin beds and a queen bed in it and a bathroom outside the door .That makes five bedrooms and four bathrooms . 4 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms 8 guests
