This contemporary condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and many extras for your next culinary masterpiece. The living room has a comfortable couch and cozy electric fireplace. The condo comes with smart TV, cable package, high speed wi-fi and local phone. The master bedroom has a King Size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a nice desk to work from home. The secure underground parking spot includes a bike rack. Guest access The Astoria building has a fitness room and lounge on the ground floor of the building that guests are welcome to use. There is a secure underground parking spot included in the rent. Other things to note MINIMUM 90 DAYS rental effective May 1, 2024. PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings` secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 8 inches. MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet. CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All properties are NON SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25. No pets allowed. This suite has available a portable 1400 BTU air conditioning unit, to help with our high temperature days. VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control. There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP. Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
