Located in beautiful Fountain Hills, Desert Mtn. Sanctuary boasts a serene backyard with sparkling pool (pool may be heated at a cost of $40 per day), outdoor living dining space, outdoor bathroom and 65' Outdoor TV. With breathtaking mountain views, this will be a place you won't forget. Inside the home you will find vaulted ceilings and open floor plan that easily fits a large family or even two. Sit back and relax in this beautiful mountain retreat, fire up the grill and take in the views. The space This spacious home offers a master bedroom with ensuite, two additional bedrooms and a bathroom that can easily accommodate 6 people in total. The home had been newly renovated and offers a cozy modern feeling with a southwest flair. Note: the pool is not heated and pool temperatures are dependent on local weather conditions. There is no fence around the pool. For those that are looking to work remotely, there are two desks available with fast and reliable WiFi. For those into yoga or light exercise, there is a yoga mat available, 2 - 5lbs dumb bells and a kettle bell for your use while staying here. We care about the environment! To reduce the use of plastic water bottles, we have installed a new water osmosis system so clean drinking water is always available (separate tap at the kitchen sink). Guest access It is recommended that you have a vehicle to get around in as there are many things to do and see around Fountain Hills, Scottsdale and the surrounding area. There is parking available at the home as well as the use of a garage for one car which we highly encourage for overnight parking. Other things to note Pool may be heated at an additional cost of $40 per day. Pool temperatures are subject to outside temperatures, sunlight and length of time pool is covered with the solar blanket. Winter pool temperatures are variable and will be maintained between 75-85 degrees.
