Pera Blanca offers an upscale experience as it's newly renovated and furnished with a romantic feel that will capture your heart. We hope love your stay at our house while exploring all that the Sunnyslope Wine Trail has to offer. The house has been beautifully updated to essentially a new home. While we hope you are here to relax, you do have a large kitchen to do your own cooking. If you don’t feel like cooking and don’t want to go out to eat, let us know to arrange for a private chef to do the cooking for you or pick from a variety of charcuterie boards to be waiting for you. If it’s cold out, you will enjoy being able to step out of the shower onto radiant heated floors in both bathrooms. King beds are in each of the three bedrooms. Your stay at Pera Blanca gives you access to the entire house. You can enjoy sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch or relax in the backyard at outdoor dining table on the deck or around the fire pit. Located in Caldwell, about 30 minutes from Boise, you'll find the Sunnyslope Wine Trail... the next up and coming wine destination you need to visit! Sunnyslope Wine Trail is home to 17 wineries and vineyards, award-winning wines, intimate tasting and dining experiences, and home to some stunning, panoramic views. This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, a couples retreat, birthday, or bachelorette party. Our home has off street parking for up to 4+ cars. Due to our location, you can absolutely explore on your own, but guided wine tours are another popular option! IDENTIFY IF YOU ARE A PHOTOGRAPHER or BUSINESS. Our space is not intended for large scale commercial activity. Small scale photographers are welcome if we are able to communicate ahead of time. NO PETS. We have many guests that are sensitive to animals and we make sure to always have a 100% clean space for every guest. The booking must disclose all guests staying the night. Any visitors on the property shall also be disclosed ahead of time. Additional overnight guests (anyone in the space after 10:00pm) not on the booking will need to leave the property by 10:00pm or pay an additional $25 per person per night. We set up and staffed to ensure appropriate cleanliness and turnover timeliness based on our approved guests. Any rules that are broken will result in a $250.00 fine.
