These same daily fee gives you access to Trout Creek Recreational Center (Gym / Pool / Hot Tub / Sauna / Ping Pong), and the Private East End of Donner Lake Beach. HOA Amenity Entry to Trout Creek and/or Private East End of Donner Lake is $24/person/day payable onsite at the facility you visit first. One payment, and you have access to both All Day. HOA limits the guest without owner present Amenity access number (even when paid) to max 6. There are 6 guest cards at the property each allowing 1 guest access. We cannot obtain more amenity passes as per HOA limits. Next to Trout Creek Rec Center is our favorite restaurant "The Lodge", and directly next to that is Z Market (Convenient Store). We are less than 5 minutes from the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area, and also within Tahoe Donner is Tahoe Donner Golf Course & Driving Range, the Snow Play Area with a Tubing Hill during the Winter, the Equestrian Center, Pizza On The Hill, and an astonishing amount of Amazing Biking, Hiking, and X-Country Trails in Tahoe Donner and in the Greater Tahoe Area where there is something for everyone!There is a Safeway 5 min drive. Also Northstar and Palisades about 15 min drive. Downtown Truckee has amazing dining. The lodge has a restaurant that is good for lunch. As per HOA rules we cannot sleep more than 10 adults and 4 kids/teenagers. The sleeping arrangements match that. Please consider this when booking. WINTER TRAVEL: We have a yearly contract with a professional snow cleaning company that serves the entire Tahoe Donner. They will come once a day usually overnight/early morning if snow accumulation exceeds 4". Please take winter travel seriously and bring 4x4 cars with winter tires. We also have our crew to prepare the access for your arrival including shoveling the hot tub area, entrance and garage berms. ------------ RCN 014776 ------- Guest access Guests can access the entire property except the 2 owner closets, one in master bedroom and one under main entrance stairs. Other things to note * upon booking we will send our full rental agreement that must be signed electronically within 48 hrs.
