Cozy 2 bedroom steps to the sand located in South Mission Beach of San Diego. 6.5 miles of Sandy Beach is your side yard! Hear the ocean from your private roof deck and a peek a boo view from the loft area. Kids are welcome but there are steep stairs to the loft and it is not suitable for toddlers. Complete with 2 queen beds, WIFI, TV, and all kitchen ware for your cooking needs. Gas BBQ and 1 car garage parking . Outdoor shower and shared washer/dryer -outside area with front unit. San Diego. The space Great location just steps to Mission Beach and Mission Bay in San Diego. Just steps to the oceanfront or a short walk to the bayfront beach. Close to Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, La Jolla or San Diego Downtown Gaslamp District. Offered with 2 bedrooms each with queen beds! 1 full shower and an outdoor shower. Loft area has private roof deck access. We ask that you stay for at least 2 nights during the week and 3 night minimum weekends and holidays. We will make exceptions when it gets closer to the arrival date. Our summer season is peak season and we may require a 1 week minimum Sat to Sat for certain summer weeks. Outside shower Other things to note Parking: House offers 1 car garage marked 719 that is shared with the front unit which has 1 side of the garage marked 717. The measurements are 16 feet long 7 feet 8 inches wide and 6 feet 9 inch automatic door height clearance. There is an incline when driving into the garage so take note if you have a car which is low to the ground. Parking can be tricky due to the alley access and the space is tight.....if you have an oversized vehicle or more than one car, there is an overnight public parking area across from the grassy park and just a short walk back to the house or street parking that has varying restrictions. Take care to confirm parking rules on the posted signs. If you are renting, we recommend a compact car, backing into the space is also helpful. Take a surf lesson! Have Fun... But do not book our home if you are looking to party, bring more than 5 people or invite people to the house. This is our business and we ask that you respect that. If we get a complaint regarding parties or overcrowding.. we could lose the right to offer our home as a short term rental. We are working with a security company ... so please respect our policies. We ask that you do not arrive prior to 4 pm unless otherwise organized with us and also the same with departure which is scheduled for 10:00 am. You will have a starter of a few rolls of TP, A kitchen roll and a few plastic bags. We also ask that you leave the property in respectful condition: remove your trash. Do your dishes.
