Guests must be 23 years older (with the exception of children with their parents) 5. Cancellation policy: Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 5 days before arrival; No refunds within 5 days of arrival. 6. 6 Person Maximum 7. Well behaved dogs are allowed but guest must obtain permission from the owner to have pets on the property and pay the pet fee ($100 per pet per stay). Fireworks and discharging a firearm are strictly prohibited in the neighborhood. 11. There are outside cameras in place for your protection.
