Game room in basement with Pool Table and other games. Fireplace (gas/inside). Deck firetable. Air conditioning in each bedroom (end of May-end of Sep). Neighborhood pool available Mem Day - Mid-Sept - about a 2 min drive. Central to Vermont's 4 season enjoyment - Lake Champlain, Mt. Mansfield, Skiing, Boating, Shopping. The space 1.3 acres - mostly wooded lot with grass area off deck. One bay of the garage is available to renters. Inside fireplace for VT winter ambiance! Game Area in the basement near the laundry area for your entertainment. 2 king beds and a queen OR 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twins. You decide and let us know before hand so we can set up the beds to suit your needs. Great walking neighborhood and paths into woods. Note: the washer/dryer is in the basement, so there are stairs required to access the laundry area. Guest access The entire house is available for your use and one bay of the garage. Walk into the kitchen from the garage. Other bay is used for storage. Enter through front door - keyless entry. The level, private backyard is quiet and mostly wooded with a large deck for dining and chilling. Other things to note At least one guest must be at least 25 years old. Speed limit in our neighborhood is 25 mi/hr.
