In addition to the bedroom, this level has ample space for hanging out; there is a wet bar with dual mini fridges, a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV, and surround sound speakers that can connect to Spotify (via the TV). There is also a professional game room that will keep guests entertained for hours. The game room is equipped with a regulation size Pool Table, Foosball Table, Dynamo Air Hockey Table, Full Sized and original Cruisin World driving game, modified Legends Standing Arcade Cabinet with 1000+ games and a Standing PacMan cabinet. The main entry can be found on the Second Level, accessible from either the ground floor or a private staircase from the street. This level boasts tons of natural light from the glass entry doors as well as from the floor to ceiling living room sliding doors. The primary suite is situated due west affording incredible views at all hours of the day. For anyone with animal requests, whether service animals or ESA, unfortunately the owner of this home is highly allergic to all cats and dogs, even non-shedding and hypoallergenic animals.
