Guest access The entire studio, garden/patio, and hot tub is private, and yours to enjoy! A unique code is created for you to access the home via a smartlock on the front door. Parking: there is one dedicated parking space for the cottage. It is located on the street but is a reserved and marked space. Other things to note Please note - Lemon Grove shares one wall (with hotel quality soundproofing) with neighboring Cottage Garden - For people with a pet, please note while the cottage has a yard, it is not completely fully fenced in. If you have a pet that is prone to running away, would recommend keeping them on leash in the yard. - Parking, we offer one dedicated parking space for the cottage. It is located on the street but is a reserved and marked space. - we allow one pet per cottage, please make sure to include the correct guest/pet count when booking - we do not allow parties, or unregistered guests on property - no smoking on the property - we do have a weekly gardneer come though the property as well as hot-tub maitnence
