- Beautifully decorated House with Eclectic Arts and Antiques. - Guests can make their own coffee, tea, oatmeal breakfast, etc, as these are provided free of charge. - There are no TVs in the house. - Well established, very safe, high-end neighborhood. - 1 min walk to nearby City Park. - 5 min to Wake Forest Univ, Reynolda Gardens/Museum & SECCA. - 5-6 min to Baptist & Novant Hospitals. - Very close to many restaurants and shops. - 7 min to Downtown and nightlife. - 10 min to Innovation Quarter. The space Notes: ** Be aware that this is a private residence (not a hotel) and guests are advised to be respectful of others’ privacy and quiet moments. It is not a place to just bring or meet lovers. ** It’s strictly FORBIDDEN to invite anyone not listed on the reservation into the house (due to insurance liability concerns). ** Guests who violate these rules will have their reservation canceled with no refund. THANKS FOR YOUR COOPERATION. - 2 very cozy Queen size rooms with 2 private bathrooms. - Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand & bath towels are provided. - Bedroom linens are provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own. - Private mini-fridge in each room with complimentary water bottles. Extra space is available in the kitchen fridge. - Desk, lamps, chairs and chest of drawers. - Hardwood floor and good closet and shelf space. - WiFi & high speed internet access from room (see info in a crystal vase on desk). Guest access - Due to liability and insurance concerns, it is strictly FORBIDDEN to invite anyone who is not listed on the reservation into the house. - Please, do not take away anything that belongs to the house or, if you do, tell us how you would like to pay for it (we charge $1,000 per missing item). - Guests may use LR, DR and/or Sunroom to relax and/or read. - Guests may use the kitchen, but only for light cooking (no strong odors). Guests agree to keep countertops, appliances and ustensiles clean. No cooking after 8:00 pm. - House has a nice size, fenced-in and very green private garden for our guests' enjoyment as well. - There is ample and free parking space (off the street) for our guests. - Please park your car on 1 of the spots on the back of the garage/house and keep doors locked at night. The area is well lit. During your stay Owner(s) will be available daily or by text to help guests with any help or information they may need (e.g, access to restaurants, parks, museums, etc.). Other things to note - Guests staying 1 week or more can use 1 free load per week of washer/dryer. Extra loads will be charged a fee. - Please, do not eat/drink in bed to avoid spillage from occurring which would significantly increase cleaning costs. - Please park your car on the back of the house where it's easier to turn around (do not park in front of the garage) and lock the doors at night. - There are no pets in the house. - Several lamps come on/off automatically and some stay on all night.
