This magnificent townhome boasts a spacious open floor plan consisting of 2 King bedrooms (one with a twin bed & twin trundle), 3 Queen bedrooms, a pull out sofa bed, a spare air mattress, 9 foot tall ceilings, a dedicated hangout room in the basement, and a commute of only ~20 minutes to everything Colorado Springs has to offer.

BACKYARD:

Enjoy the fenced in backyard that has beautifully maintained grass and a wonderful deck where you will find some seating right next to the grill for BBQ'ing your favorites! Pull out the fire pit and chairs for a fun night roasting s'mores with each other!

KITCHEN:

You will find the kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances and everything you could need to cook from the comfort of home! From breakfast, lunch, and dinner, enjoy each other's company over some delicious food and drinks.

MAIN LIVING ROOM:

With the open layout right next to the kitchen and dining room, sit back on the comfy leather sectional in the living room and stream all your favorites on the large Smart TV. Log into your favorite streaming service, get the popcorn ready, and have a movie night!

BEDROOM 1: King Bed- located upstairs, this King Master Suite is complete with it's own, private, sparkling clean bathroom to include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine products, and a few makeup wipes. Enjoy unwinding after a busy day with your own Smart TV from the comfort of bed!

There is free street parking as well as driveway parking available. You are also welcome to park in the garage.

We know you are coming to Colorado Springs to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property still has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $300 fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your stay.

MINIMUM AGE:

Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

SECURITY:

For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras on the outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire place to include the washer and dryer for use at your convenience during your stay! Enjoy having easy access to the EV charger in the garage for your vehicle!

With gorgeous mountain views from the upstairs bedrooms and the backyard, this home is a true gem in the heart of CS. Located near Austin Bluffs and Barnes, everything on the Powers Corridor and along Academy Blvd are just minutes away! Within 10 minutes you can be on I-25 for all the places you may wish to visit on your stay!

Getting Around:

You will be only a short distance from downtown, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and so much more.
