Welcome to the Jamaica House, a modern poolside getaway in Kingman. Enjoy our private “Jamaica” pool, fire up the BBQ under the covered patio, or catch a movie or game on the 75” TV. The home features a fully stocked kitchen, king and queen beds, plus a sofa sleeper & roll-away bed. Whether you’re visiting Route 66, Grand Canyon West, here on business, or a weekend escape, this retreat blends personal comfort with vacation flair! The space Living Room - Comfortably situated with a sofa, oversized sofa chair, & a 4-person console table. There is enough seating and space for the whole family to gather. The living room is equipped with the following: • 75” Smart TV (Fire Stick offers Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.; Guest will need to sign into their own streaming accounts for access) • PlayStation 4 (a few games are provided - PS account for online gaming access is required) • Full-size pull-out sleeper bed (blankets, sheets, & pillows provided) • Laptop workstation (w/desk lamp & wireless charger for cell phones) Coffee Bar - Love your morning pick-me-up? We got you covered! We provide a full coffee bar with a standard coffee maker, coffee press, percolator, and stocked with the following: • Organic Medium Roast Ground Coffee • Instant Medium Roast Coffee Singles • Various Teas (bags for steeping) • Organic Stevia sweetener packets • Sweet-n-Low packets • Various Coffee Syrup Flavors • Dry creamer (stored in the pantry) • Liquid creamer (stored in the refrigerator) Kitchen/Dining – If you're traveling & still want to enjoy a home cooked meal, look no further! Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal including: • Table with seating for 6 • Pots & Pans for all cooking needs • Cooking utensils • Silverware • Cups & Glasses • Toaster • Microwave • Blender • Electric Stove • Refrigerator/Freezer • Bakeware • Various other kitchenware (pizza cutter, cheese slicer, can opener, etc.) Master Bedroom – Our master suite is the perfect space for comfort & privacy. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home EXCEPT for the garage and linen closets. Other things to note We are centrally located with restaurants, fast-food chains, grocery stores, parks, golfing, and a hospital all within 5-10 minutes away. Scenic drives to nearby lakes, the Colorado River, Laughlin casino’s, Hualapai Mountains, and the Grand Canyon Skywalk are all smooth highway trips with very little (if any) traffic.
