The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. There is No Kitchen. The building is surrounded by an underground creek, so it stays cool naturally. It’s a 7 min walk to Schell’s brewery & 4 min drive downtown. This 1891 building is composed of: 1) the Washouse where gigantic beer barrels were washed and 2) the fermentation building where the Hauenstein beer was fermented. It is located in a historic district. Right front door of parking lot (with stairs) Host lives on the upper levels of property and usually available on site.
