A washer and dryer are available for guest use; however, we kindly request that you bring your own laundry detergent, as some individuals may have allergies or sensitivities to certain brands or fragrances. To ensure your comfort during your stay, especially when enjoying the outdoors, we recommend packing essentials such as mosquito repellent, insect spray, sunscreen, and any other personal items you may find necessary. For your convenience, an air freshener is plugged in near the kitchen sink. Should you find the scent unsuitable, you are welcome to unplug it and place it aside in a safe location. Lastly, we respectfully remind guests not to access or walk onto the neighboring seawall or patio, as it is private property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and pleasant environment for all. Other things to note We kindly ask all guests to help us conserve energy and care for the environment by using water thoughtfully, turning off lights and fans when the home is unoccupied, and using heating and air conditioning efficiently, especially while you're away.
