Rosalinda Farm-pool and fishing pond included

Amazing country retreat on 16 acres only 5 minutes to downtown Brenham and 20 minutes to Round Top. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house has everything you need for a relaxing escape. Cozy up by the indoor fire or sit by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the sunset views. Take a dip in the pool after a day of fishing, shopping, and relaxing. Great for families or groups. Hot tub can be turned on for an additional $50/ night (6 hrs). Sleeps up to 10-12 guests comfortably. No parties. The space **Please note during the summer months pool will be shocked on Wednesday afternoons and will not be available for swimming for a few hours*** Newly decorated and well-appointed space. Everything you need for cooking (including many spices and condiments) are included. There is a gas grill outside. The space sleeps 10 comfortably (or more with small kids) with 2 bedrooms (master and queen guest with en-suite) on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs (king room with en-suite and "kids room" with 2 doubles and a twin with a trundle). Upstairs also has a den with game table and separate TV and xBox (ideal for kid hang out). There is a separate "party barn" with shuffle board, TV, and fusball that is included. Pickleball court too! Entire 16 acre property is yours to use with great swimming/ fishing pond. Bring your own fishing gear and feel free to keep and eat your catch. Please note- the hot tub runs on propane and is very expensive to run, so we need to charge appropriately. We can heat it up for a night (6 hour time chunk) for $50. If you want it on more than that, we can leave it on all day and into the night for $100/ day. We just don’t want to be wasteful of the propane if not being used since we would have to refill the tank very frequently if left constantly on. **Please be aware that the internet/ TVs are on country internet (slow and sometimes not working) but cel phones get strong service so you might need to use your phone as a hot spot at times. Guest access House and outdoor areas around the house are available for guest use. Party barn is included. NO trampoline use (for safety). Other things to note This is the country so there are sticker burrs, spiders, occasional snakes, and poison ivy. Please use common sense and be cautious. Children must be supervised at all times and there is no fence around the pool or pond. We have ring cameras on the outside and additional guests are not permitted on the property without the extra person fee ($25/ person after 10 people and max of 15). Fishing and swimming in the pond is great, but please bring your own fishing gear. We are on a septic system so no flushing any feminine products or anything other than toilet paper. Also, please take care not to scratch the wooden island. Internet is satellite internet and can go out during storms (just like any country internet). It is usually working fine. Absolutely no extra guests on property without prior approval and fee.t
