You’ll be staying in the entire lower level of our home, with your own separate entrance (no shared indoor spaces). The space is designed to be a comfortable home base for rest, adventure, and everything in between. The neighborhood is walkable, welcoming, and just 5 minutes from downtown’s best spots for food, beer, music, art, and more. And when you’re ready to hit the trails, the Rocky Mountains are just a 15-minute drive away. This is a place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the best of Northern Colorado. Guest access You'll have full, private access to the entire lower level of the home, including: • Two queen bedrooms • Living room, full kitchen, and bathroom • Your own washer and dryer • A private yard with BBQ grill, patio seating, beautiful garden, and a salt water hot tub The entrance is completely separate, with keyless entry and no shared indoor spaces. The backyard and hot tub are reserved just for you—no sharing, no interruptions. We live upstairs, but you’ll have your own peaceful space to relax and enjoy, indoors and out.
