Hello we are the Stevens, the NEW OWNERS of the Tree Top Haus since July 2022!! We would like to invite you to Escape to the end of a private road, where the ambiance is serene and relaxing with plenty of space. Cascading porches offer many views of Lake Dunlap on the Guadalupe River. This house is meant to bring people together, with many places to gather around dinner tables or a fire pit, cook in the large kitchen, or enjoy the spacious covered 1st floor patio, located under the house. The space Our Damn project is complete, and Lake Dunlap is FULL!! It has come to my attention that Google maps have not updated the picture to reflect this. Lake Dunlap is a beautiful lake located between i-35 and i-10 on the Guadalupe River. It is the perfect destination for fishing, boating, and all of your favorite water sports. The house is stocked with paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing equipment. It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. It's perfectly located on the premier spot of Lake Dunlap. Ample space and the views are spectacular. The ambiance is serene, and the outdoors space available is more than enough! SPACIOUS is the word that best describes this property. All of the rooms are big, cozy and comfortable. It also features an ADA approved elevator in front. You will not find yourself feeling cramped at The Tree Top Haus! The home is situated on 2 lots which gives 110 feet of waterfront. It features a large front and back yards, oversized bedrooms, living room, and extremely spacious kitchen. Pots, pans, utensils and coffee maker are all provided. The 80-inch Flat Screen TV in the living room is HUGE! The Master Bedroom is spacious and accommodating with a double vanity bathroom. It even has its own private balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Dunlap on the Guadalupe River. The home boasts three separate dining areas, Three separate decks for gathering as well as a pier overlooking the water. Two kayaks and a paddle board will enable you to explore the tranquil waters. The area directly under the house provides multiple seating areas, gas grill, BBQ with firebox, dining, a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and cover parking on a concrete slab for gathering, dining, BBQing, or just relaxing with a good book in a hammock swing! A burn pit and a chiminea for evening gatherings are also available. As well as a basketball hoop, so bring your best game. There is a one-bedroom garage apartment, that is accessible by the outdoor lift or staircase, this is available for an additional price. Boating, Swimming, kayaking, fishing, are just a few steps away.
