Other things to note *Please make sure to read in our Welcome Book under house manual that gives the daily guidelines on heating the hot tub prior to booking Honey Farms. *If you're booking within 48 hours of check-in, we kindly ask for a photo ID. We also typically require guests making these last-minute reservations to be 25 or older. Thanks for understanding! Frequently Asked Questions- Bedroom/Bathroom Layout: -Bedroom 1- Queen bed- On one end of the home with a private bathroom (Shower, toilet, sink), and sleeper sofa. -Bedroom 2- King Bed- Located on opposite end of the home as bedroom 1 (walkout to the pool) (Shower, toilet, sink) -Bedroom 3- Queen bed- bathroom in hallway between bedroom 3 and 4 -Bedroom 4- Queen bed- bathroom in hallway between bedroom 3 and 4 Children: While families are always welcome, be aware that our home is not ideal for children under two. The pool is not fenced and some of our decorations are breakable. Coffee Maker: Both Keurig and a traditional drip coffee pot. Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Ask us about our options! (Subject to availability) Firepit: Yes! Please bring your firewood. Firewood can be purchased at Dollar General only two miles away. Lake Access: Lake is private and shared with a neighboring property. There is no public access! Our neighbors may be enjoying parts of the private lake at times. Neighbors: There is a building next door that is used to store equipment. However, we rarely ever see them! The patio space is completely secluded. Pool/Hot Tub: Open year-round. However, the pool is NOT heated. Both pool and spa are for your private use. The pool has a shallow landing area in one corner that is perfect to lounge. **The hot tub warm-up time is not included in your total usage time! Your time starts once the hot tub reaches operating temperature (typically 45 minutes to one hour). ***Please note that pool maintenance is on Wednesdays. If they have to adjust chemicals, they recommend waiting two hours before swimming. Televisions: 55-inch smart TV in the living area with Roku to enjoy your own streaming accounts. There are no TVs in the bedrooms!
