Great for family reunion or group getaway. Main floor with open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with breakfast counter that looks out to the backyard, one bedroom with queen bed, and one full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king bed, its own en suite bathroom with dual sink, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and a flat-screen smart Samsung 65 inches TV with full cables. There is also a folding bed with mattress inside the closet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have a queen bed. The 5th bedroom has two twin beds. A third full bathroom is also located upstairs. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. An additional fee of $50 per night will be charged for each unregistered guest or we have the right to ask our guests to leave the house without any refund. * NO Pets allowed. * NO parties - NO events. * NO smoking or e-Cigarettes inside the house. * NO food or drinking in the bedrooms. * NO shoes inside the house (use slippers provided). * Quiet time after 10 p.m. * FIRE PIT SAFETY: Always turn off the gas supply to the fire pit when it’s not in use, and unattended or overnight. * Do not flush tampons, baby wipes nor napkins down the toilet. * Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. * Close all windows and lock the door when you leave the house. * Before you leave, please take all trash bag from kitchen and bathroom to the trash bin outside. Then take the trash and recycle bin out to the street. Guest access Guests have full access to all living areas and amenities, except the garage, the pantry, and the linens closet upstairs that are currently used as storage room by host. ★ CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES ★ Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. Other things to note ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Absolute NO smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY IF YOUR CAR HAS LEAK OIL ★ ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ For security reason, we have three external cameras located as follows: front door, garage driveway, and backyard. No interior camera.
