Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king bed, its own en suite bathroom with dual sink, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and a flat-screen smart Samsung TV with full cables. There is also a folding bed with mattress inside the closet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have a queen bed. The 5th bedroom has two twin beds. A third full bathroom is also located upstairs. Guest access Guests have full access to all living areas and amenities, except the garage, the pantry, and the linens closet upstairs that are currently used as storage room by host. ★ CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES ★ Check-in is at 4pm or anytime after and check-out is at 11am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. Other things to note ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ For security reason, we have 3 cameras located outside as follows: front door, garage driveway, and backyard. No interior camera. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Absolute NO smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ BBQ GRILL ★ Clean up BBQ Grill after used and guest may have to refill the propane tank if needed.
