This expansive three-bedroom, three-bathroom accommodation comfortably accommodates large families or groups and offers direct slope access along with convenient walkability to Snowshoe Village. Situated slopeside, the combo unit allows guests to park upon arrival and enjoy the resort without needing to drive. Guests also have access to shared Mountain Lodge amenities, including West Virginia’s first indoor Glice skating rink, playground, ski school, dining, shopping, and resort transportation. The only areas not accessible are locked housekeeping and maintenance closets, which are reserved exclusively for staff use. One complimentary parking space is included with the reservation and is located approximately 300 feet away in the Snowshoe Village parking area. For guests arriving early, parking is available at the Mountain Top Check-In area until the unit is ready for entry. Access details, arrival instructions, and parking guidance will be provided prior to check-in to ensure a smooth and seamless arrival experience. Other things to note Please review the following important details prior to booking to ensure this home is the right fit for your stay: • Ski and bike lockers are available for rent within the building at $15 per day, offered on a first-come, first-served basis • Hot tub and pool access is available at Split Rock Pools for an additional $15/person/day and is not included with the reservation; the facility is located just outside the Mountain Lodge parking lot and is an easy walk. • Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to maintain a respectful village environment • Pets are not permitted; approved service animals are allowed with advance notice and required documentation • No smoking and no bikes inside the unit; violations may result in a $300 fine • Check-in begins at 5:00 PM; early check-in may be available for a fee if the unit is ready • Late check-out is not available; guests needing additional time should book an extra night if available • One parking space is included; guests arriving early may park at the Mountain Top Check-In area • Cancellations follow the policy of the booking platform used; travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip • Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans/portable fans for cooling; the unit does not have central air conditioning • The fireplace in the unit is currently non-functional and for decorative purposes only • The coffee maker provided in the unit may differ from photos; please contact us prior to arrival if you have specific preferences
