In the cooler spring air of La Quinta, you can sip coffee at the dining table or step into the backyard to take in sweeping golf course and mountain views. As evening arrives, the temperature softens - perfect for slipping into the private hot tub or gathering around the fire pit beneath a clear desert sky. Set inside the gates of PGA Signature at PGA WEST, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home spans 2,400 square feet and sleeps up to 8 guests. You are less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Fields and within easy reach of Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and Palm Springs, while still enjoying a peaceful setting on the course. Sleeping arrangements The primary suite features a king bed, a 65" TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower. Direct access to the backyard and pool makes early morning soaks or quiet nighttime dips easy. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a 50" TV. Bedroom 3 offers (2) Full over Full bunk bed and a 50" TV. A king air mattress and a Pack ’n play/Travel crib - available upon request provide added flexibility. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and Essentials are provided, along with washer and dryer for longer stays. Outdoor living Stackable doors create seamless indoor-outdoor flow from the living area to the fully fenced private backyard. The private pool anchors the space, with pool heat available for $50/day October-May to 88 degrees. The private hot tub heat is complimentary year-round. You’ll also find a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, outdoor furniture, Ping pong table, and the largest putting green in PGA Signature - all set against golf course view and mountain view surroundings. Kitchen & gathering spaces The kitchen is equipped for shared meals, offering a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining table. Coffee maker and coffee are provided, along with wine glasses and cooking basics. The living room invites you to unwind with generous seating and an 86" TV, while Wifi, Ethernet connection, and a Dedicated workspace - In a common space make it easy to stay connected. Amenities & access You’ll enjoy Air conditioning, Central heating, ceiling fan, and bathroom essentials including hair dryer. Home safety features include smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Self check-in via Keypad allows flexible arrival, and free parking on premises plus free street parking add convenience. This home is pet-friendly and also allows long term stays of 28 days or more. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!). Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. Pets allowed - no cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key.The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available.
