We are also near popular nightlife areas such as Fulton Market / West Loop, Wicker Park, Bucktown, River North and Lincoln Park. Several restaurants & bars are walking distance from our location. This private 3-BR, 3-BA unit is the top duplex of a three-unit building. Designed by the owners, there are multiple separate rooms to spread out for reading, group gathering or quiet work space. It features modern fixtures, concrete counters, 5 queen beds among 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms/sofas, an air mattress, 3 full showers, jacuzzi tub & steam shower in master BA, full kitchen w/stainless appliances, wi-fi, big screen HDTV, washer/dryer, fireplace, and a huge outdoor deck. Free street parking in our neighborhood and/or we can rent a garage space. From airports: we are an easy and direct 40 minute train ride to O'hare airport, or single change to Midway airport. Our property is just 1 block from the Blue Line Chicago / Milwaukee subway and bus stops. Several restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. are nearby.
