Riverwalk Retreat is the right side of this spacious home in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located 1 mile from Autzen Stadium, 3 miles from University of Oregon, and (as the name suggests) is 2 blocks from the river front. Relax outside in the 8 person covered hot tub or stay inside to enjoy the 65” OLED TV. Cook group meals in modern style with new kitchen appliances. Enjoy complimentary Nespresso while lounging in the bay window or by the gas fireplace. We look forward to hosting you!. A warm minimalist design accommodates your large group in modern style. The kitchen is fully stocked with open shelves so there’s no mystery while searching for items. Beds are equipped with multiple pillow firmnesses. The house is split into two rentals. You will have a completely private entry, living space, and backyard. Nothing is shared unless you want to rent both spaces simultaneously. I am available by messaging and phone. Everything in the Airbnb is contactless. If you need a person there to assist with an issue, then my co-host (husband) or I will likely be available or can send someone in our place. The neighborhood streets are particularly wide. Know that there is plenty of parking between the right side of the driveway and street parking. I will emphasize that we are not a party house. The number of people in the home should match the number on the reservation. Please message me if you would like to propose an exception. Examples: We would love to host a baby shower! We do NOT want to host your college frat party. This is a family friendly neighborhood and neighbors will call me (your host) or the police if they see signs of a party (smoking, boos, more than two cars, etc.)
