Spacious Comfort Inside, the apartment spans 1,500 square feet, giving guests plenty of room to spread out. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Two private KING bedrooms provide restful sleep, while the living area offers two oversized 7-foot couches and a pull-out ottoman, making it easy to accommodate groups of up to seven. A private entrance and driveway parking ensure easy arrivals, with additional space available on a private road for extra vehicles. Inside, the fully stocked kitchenette includes a gas cooktop, toaster oven, and air fryer—perfect for simple meals or quick snacks before heading out. We’ve also provided spices and welcome surprises to make your stay extra special. NOTE: Unit does not have a Full size oven,ask about availability if you need one After a day of exploring, unwind on the private patio and enjoy the quiet countryside sunsets. A washer and dryer are available for your use, and indoor entertainment includes a pool table for family games. Outdoors, guests share access to a trampoline, pickleball court, and expansive, peaceful grounds that are perfect for stretching your legs or letting kids play. Guest-Friendly Details Traveling with little ones? Ask about family-friendly items such as a pack-n-play or high chair, available for a small rental fee. Pricing is based on the correct guest count at booking, and a refundable damage deposit will be held via credit card the day before arrival and automatically released after checkout, provided no damages occur. This apartment is a private unit with its own locked entrance. While some amenities are shared with two other units on the property, guests who require additional space or privacy can inquire about renting the entire property—ideal for family reunions, retreats, or group events. There is also room for extra vehicles on our private road. Follow detail directions sent on arrival day. We ask that you please stay on paved area, as we have sprinkler heads on the lawn. Other things to note Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. -Pack-n-Play. $5 per night, $10 minimum, includes delivery. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: •Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come! •DO NOT allow them into the bedrooms. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets in many locations and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free. •We encourage you to bring your pets favorite bedding and blankets to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! •Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. •Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you. •The bathroom tub or showers are for humans only. •When taking your pet out to the bathroom, please pick up after them. Other guests will greatly appreciate your taking responsibility for this. •Lastly, please do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We offer Rover service , if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them. Let us know and we can arrange it! There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
