ONLY 10 miles to Tampa & more. The space Riverview Ranch sits on a large lot that contains the main home (this listing) and an independent mother-in-law suite. Each space is FULLY fenced both around the perimeter and internally, with its own private backyard and parking designation. Riverview Ranch, the main home on the lot, provides 1,456 square feet of stunning ranch-themed vibes with a modern twist. The house offers our guests a clean, calming, and inviting atmosphere—all just a short distance from everything that Tampa Bay and its surrounding areas have to offer. OUTDOOR DECKS: Our home provides a 24-foot front porch perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon tea. The spacious 55-foot back deck is enough to fit all of your guests! It comes complete with a full-size pool table, outdoor living room space, barstool table and seating, and yoga/calisthenic exercise area. Whether you want to enjoy an evening Uno match with the family, do some morning yoga, or shoot some pool with your guests, our outdoor deck spaces are sure to entertain and delight. Enjoy the space while gazing at the surrounding greenery provided by 10 acres of forest land just beyond our vinyl fence. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: Bedroom one comes furnished with two twin beds, bedroom two provides a full-size bed, bedroom three provides a queen-size bed, and bedroom four offers a king-size bed. All of our mattresses are Zinus Memory Foam, known for their feel and comfort. A full-size inflatable bed and extra linens are provided in the living room space if additional sleeping arrangements are required. The optimal number of guests in our home would be eight people, but the house can host up to 10 if you’re willing to work with one another—or draw some straws! KITCHEN: The home offers a full-size open kitchen concept. It is fully equipped and offers new quartz countertops with a 3-person barstool seating arrangement, grey shaker cabinets, and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll have the basic kitchen necessities to prepare your meals (silverware, pots, pans, and plates). Additionally, we provide a Keurig coffee maker, assorted K-Cup options, creamer, stirrers, sugar, blender, salt, pepper, water bottles, and cooking oil. Essentials Provided: We supply paper towels, toilet paper, and standard dish soap. Guests should bring their own body soap, shampoo, and high-efficiency (HE) laundry detergent if laundry facilities are used during the stay. LIVING ROOM: One of the best things about going on vacation is making memories with friends and family! Our living room is designed to provide the perfect space to do just that. Our recently built entertainment center boasts a 65-inch ROKU smart TV where you’ll be able to log into all your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, ESPN+, and many more! The 60-inch electronic fireplace provides the perfect backdrop—turn on the heater on a chilly night or just enjoy the ambiance of the glowing flames. Whether watching TV together or enjoying a card/board game, our living room is set up to entertain! Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire main home, designated parking space for up to 3-4 vehicles on the right side of the driveway in front of the main home front porch area (the left side of home parking is for our independent mother-in-law suite located in the back of the property, and seperated by a 6ft privacy fence). You will have full front porch and back deck access as well as a fenced in back yard. Additional parking is available outside the front fence area in front of the home if necessary, please ask before utilizing this space. NO parking on the front lawn as this is where our septic system is located. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises our home is equipped with four exterior ring cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside of the home. Please ensure to park on the right side of the driveway as you enter the property, this ensures that the separate parking space on the left side of the home is not obstructed and there is no flow of vehicle issues during your stay.
