Bedrooms and living room all have individual air conditioners. We are five minutes from the SJU airport, and only a 10 minute drive to places like Old San Juan, Condado, and the Coliseo for concerts. Direct secured access to the beach. Located next to the Fairmont El San Juan Resort & Casino and directly on Isla Verde Beach! Enjoy extras like beach chairs, cooler and beach toys. Outdoor shower at beach entrance to wash off. The condo has a 24 hour security, a free designated parking space in the attached parking garage is included, as well as direct beach access.
