The space Welcome to Vetehuset - Plantera, a stunning studio designed by Victoria and Brian Freeman, located on the second floor of a building on the National Register of Historic Places. Living Area: A light-filled room with a cozy sofa, unusual art by a local artist, and a Smart TV with Hulu+Live TV (no ads). High-speed Gigabyte internet is provided. Workspace: A dedicated workspace is available in the vestibule, perfect for planning your day or remote work. Sleeping Area: Rest comfortably on a king-size bed with a Casper mattress, cleverly separated from the living area for added privacy. Kitchen: A fully-equipped kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances, a quiet dishwasher, ample counter space, and a dining table for four. Bathroom: A sumptuous bathroom featuring a large, barrier-free walk-in shower and a separate door for the sink area for extra privacy. Sustainability: The apartment is insulated with recycled blue jeans, heated/cooled with high-efficiency electric heat pumps, and features Energy Star appliances and low-flow fixtures. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire 'Vetehuset - Plantera' studio apartment. PARKING & CHARGING: Enjoy the convenience of free parking in the carport, which also includes an EV charger for your electric vehicle. PRIVATE ELEVATOR: A private elevator located in the carport will take you directly to your second-floor apartment. KEYLESS ENTRY: Before your stay, you will receive a unique entry code for simple, keyless access to the property. LAUNDRY: You will have access to a spacious laundry room on the property with a front-loading washer, dryer, and drying rack. Please note this facility is shared with the adjacent vacation rental, Vetehuset-Skorda. Other things to note We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process for your convenience. While we won't be present during your stay, we are available via the app or phone should you need any assistance or have questions about the apartment or the local area. Child Safety: For the safety of our younger guests, we require scrupulous supervision of children at all times, especially near the elevator. Check-In: You will receive your unique keyless entry code prior to your arrival for a smooth self-check-in experience. Adjacent Unit: Please be aware that the laundry room is a shared space with the neighboring vacation rental, Vetehuset-Skorda. Guests must be 25 or older. No parties. No pets and no smoking.
