We’re here to help and would love to host you!* Guest access You'll have full, private access to the entire condo during your stay including: all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, laundry facilities and a private patio. Guests will also have access to all shared amenities available on the property, such as: Free parking, Outdoor Pool, Club House, and a Gym. Check-in is contactless and easy with a lockbox. Other things to note 🛑 House Rules Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Self check-in with Lock Box Guest that do not adhere to the House Rules will be charged the nightly rate at which they booked. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, drugs, or drug paraphernalia are not allowed inside the unit. A $100 cleaning fee will apply for violations. 🐾 No Pets We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property to respects other guests allergies. Those that break the policy will be charged $100 for additional cleaning fees in order for proper turnover for the next guests. 🚫 No Parties or Events No parties, loud music, or events are permitted. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. 👤 Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Max occupancy is 7 guests. Those that violate this policy will be charged $100 per additional guest that exceeds 7 or that is not listed on the reservation. 🔇 Quiet Hours Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful experience for all neighbors. Those violating this rule will be charged an additional $100. KEYS Any Lost/Stolen keys or parking passes will result in an additional $100 replacement fee per item lost. 🛡️ Safety & Security Exterior security cameras are located in the exterior parking lot, shared Club House areas and in the Condo halls for your safety. There is one Ring camera on the outside of the unit, which can be used to alert us in the event you are locked out and do not have your phone to contact us. The are NO Cameras located in the unit. Smoke detectors & carbon monoxide detectors are installed and tested regularly. Fire extinguisher & first aid kit provided in the kitchen. Gated parking for added peace of mind.
