Private lower-level guest suite beneath our family home with separate entrance and keypad. Just 5 minutes to Columbus Zoo and Zoombeezi Bay, and close to Bridge Park, Historic Dublin, downtown Powell, and OSU. Two king bedrooms, full kitchen, 1.5 baths, laundry, pool table, board games, and an 85” TV. Large patio with grill and fire pit. Family friendly and well stocked. You may hear normal activity upstairs. The space Please note: This is a private lower-level guest suite under our home. You will have the entire suite to yourself with a private entrance and keypad. Our family lives upstairs and uses separate entrances. The suite is fully separated, though normal household sounds (we have two small children upstairs) may occasionally be heard, similar to an apartment setting. Clean & Allergy Minded: Professionally cleaned with gentle, unscented products. Non-smoking. No pets in the house. Guest access Guest have a private entrance by following the stairs on the right of garage down to the French doors with push button access via private code. The suite is completely separated from our private residence. We use the front and side doors to access our family's portion of the house, and guests access the suite through French doors on the back patio. You may see us in the driveway or on the playset, but we make a point to respect our guests' privacy and not disturb them.
