The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a center island that looks out into the gorgeous backyard. Occupying a separate wing of the home, the spacious master bedroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower, and a views overlooking the awe-inspiring hills and surrounding trees. POOL: Outside, the splendid backyard with an elongated pool is watched over by an open California room with a built-in bar and flat screen tv. Heated all year - HEAT INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Rent includes pool heat set at 80 degrees. Additional charge $15 / day for pool heat up to 85 degrees max. SUITABILITY: This is a non-smoking home.
