This property is not affiliated with the local resorts. Guest access Guests will have access to the sidewalk path that leads to the private entrance, the entire townhome, back yard and patio. Other things to note 1. Guests must agree to be respectful of neighbors and follow community noise ordinances. 2. There is no parking available on the island aside from the one (1) private parking space available in the parking area in front of the property.
