The space ►This is NOT a party house. DO NOT BOOK this home if that is what you are looking for. No parties, gatherings, events or loud music! This is a residential neighborhood, and the noise ordinance is strictly enforced. The police will be called, your reservation will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and no refund will be given. A security deposit is required to book this home. The security deposit is refundable after check out as long as there were no damages, and the house rules were not violated. This rule is implemented to hopefully prevent parties and unregistered guests. We set expectations with house rules to help guests evaluate whether our home is a good fit before they book. Please do not request to book if you are uncomfortable with the house rules and the security deposit. ► CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Early check in • Late check out may be available upon request. Please ask us directly for cost and availability. Failure to abide by these listed check-in and check-out times will result in a $50 fine for every 15 minute violation before or after the times provided. Guest access The fireplace is NOT part of the amenities. Please do not use it. Parking is restricted on all public streets in the City of Alhambra between 2 to 6 am, seven days per week without a valid parking permit or valid Disabled Placard. Other things to note In the event of an emergency, we do reserve the right to enter the property at any time to address any safety or maintenance issues. Guests are not authorized to have any mail or packages delivered here. We will not be held responsible for retrieving or delivering it to you. We will not be held responsible for any personal belongings left behind. If and when we are able to ship it back to you, the fee will be a minimum of $25 for our time plus any additional shipping costs paid prior to shipping it out. To be clear and polite and to avoid any potential disappointment, we would not be able to accommodate service animals, the owner does stay here when it is not occupied and is highly allergic. Mid-Stay Cleaning for Extended Stays: For all stays of 20 nights or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled to ensure the property is well-maintained for the duration of your visit. This helps us uphold our quality standards and ensures your continued comfort. The cleaning will include general tidying, surface cleaning, (fresh linens will be optional). For month-long stays (30+nights) we will schedule the mid stay cleaning around day 14-16 of your reservation. Let us know your preferred date within that window, and we will coordinate with our cleaning team. The first mid-stay cleaning is complimentary. For stays longer than one month, additional mid-stay cleanings will be required approximately every 30 days and will be the guest’s responsibility. We will coordinate with you to schedule these cleanings in advance. Guests are not authorized to have personal mail delivered to this property. We do not have the mailbox key and will not unlock it for any reason. Packages, such as those from Amazon, can be delivered to the front door; however, we will not be held responsible for any items delivered. Additionally, we are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind. If we are able to return any items, a minimum fee of $100 for our time, plus any applicable shipping costs, will be charged, and the costs must be paid prior to shipping. Fines for stained towels and linens: Towels: $10 each Duvet Covers: $35 each Fitted Sheets: $20 each Pillowcases: $5 each Blankets: $30 each Comforter Duvet Inserts: $40 each Pillows: $25 each Lost Key / Fob / Garage Opener: Minimum $250 each for rekeying or replacing. Service Providers: During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance and upkeep of the property.
