The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps a total of 6 people. We have taken great care to design with a thoughtful and welcoming touch so that you will feel comfortable and enjoy staying in this parkside home. Enjoy a spectacular sunset from the upstairs patio, and the dog friendly park directly across the street enhances your stay with a playground, sand volleyball court, and community garden. Guest access Entrance to the home is through the front door equipped with door code lock. On street parking is free of charge. For parking, we ask our guests to not park in the driveway as it is a shared driveway, you may park either in the one spot directly in front of the home or along the Eastern side of the street facing North. You may park park on the street on the park-side, however we ask you to please not park in front of the other houses houses-side of the street since the other neighbors park in front of their own houses normally. Other things to note The house is built close to some train tracks. Trains come though night and day. They don’t make much noise (just a very low hum) or sometimes they will clank together. To help with this, we have white noise machines beside all the beds. They work well and guests report they drown out any noises so you can sleep without interruption. There are two settings on the white noise machines (high and low). Those that tend to sleep lightly, please take note.
