It's tucked away in a quaint neighborhood minutes from Rt 22. The sleeping accommodations are for 8 with some room to spare. We are 20 minutes away from Pittsburgh and within driving distance of both Seven Springs (55 min) and Hidden Valley Ski Resort (50 min). The space You will find 3 full bedrooms to accommodate your stay. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a preset king sized Sleep Number mattress and also a large. screen tv. The second bedroom is located on the top floor and has a king sized mattress, one half is firm and the other soft sure to meet your preference! The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The bottom bunks are full size beds and the tops are twins. All with memory foam mattresses. You can expect a good nights rest after exploring Pittsburgh, spending a day at the zoo or a night out at your favorite sporting event! The newly renovated kitchen has all the amenities you might need to cook large family meals or for intimate dining . The handcrafted dining room farm table seats as many as 8 or more! The family room will make you feel right at home. A comfy sectional that can fit the entire household along with a large screen tv. Turn on the fireplace and get cozy for a movie or turn on one of the many apps available to you , all included in your stay. Free wifi and booster so you have top speed through out the home. Do you have to check in with work? We have the perfect spot for you. Our den offers a large work space including a lush desk chair, white board and printer. Plenty of space to plug in to. Looking for a quiet place to read? We have the perfect spot in the living room. Prop your feet up in front of the picture window and look into the front yard where we often see deer and wildlife grazing. Our basement level is perfect for entertaining the kids or having a friendly battle of Golden Tee or (4 player game) of NBA Jam. The (third) large screen tv is available for game consoles use or use for streaming exercise videos. A second seating area is also located in the basement that is perfect for game nights! A spin bike is available to use for an indoor cardio session. There is also a full bathroom with a rain shower located in this area. Both full baths have heat lamps for those cold winter days. Our full size washer and dryer is conveniently located adjacent to the master bedroom on the main floor. Sit and have your morning coffee/tea (Kurieg machine or Cuisinart tea pot) on the front porch swing or take a lovely walk around the surrounding neighborhood. Our back yard is gated and there is plenty of room for parking and a great place to play 4 square! Guest access Full access to the home. Garage access is unavailable. Other things to note Pack and play is available upon request. We are 40 min from Arnold Palmer Airport and 45 min from Pittsburgh International. Murrysville Community Park is 10 minutes away. If you like to hike Duff Park is a 5 min drive.
